The Main Event

We create customised menus to suit the style of your event, your budget, and any guest preferences or dietary needs. From great value steaks to luxurious lobster, we offer a wide range of options. We cook most of our fish and meats in large cuts or whole to keep them tender and juicy. Our buffet-style service brings your guests to the carving table, where the food is at it's freshest, and best quality. From there, guests follow on to the sides and salad bar. Guests can enjoy watching our chefs cooking and serving them.



Cuts




Bavette Steak (aka Flank or Skirt Steak)

Cooked in whole 1.5kg pieces, then sliced to order. Can be marinated with various flavours. Best served medium to medium rare, perfect with chimichurri.

Bone in Beef Ribeye Steak

A proper caveman steak. Brushed with herbs and butter during the cook. Served medium rare.

Whole Beef Ribs

Slowed cooked in seasoned beef dripping then finished over the flames. Super tender with a delicious bark. Perfect with our house BBQ sauce.

Whole Lamb

Cooked whole asador style, or boned out legs on our big grill. Using a herb brush, we baste this with seasoned water to to keep it juicy.

Bone in Pork Steaks

Brined over night and cooked to medium temperature (yes its safe!) to keep them tender an juicy. Great with salsa verde.

Pork Ribs

Like our beef ribs, slow cooked in their own seasoned dripping and then finished over the flames.

Whole Chicken with House Rub

Hung over flames to cook slowly. Spritzed regularly to keep it juicy.

Chicken Breasts

Flattened slightly for an even cook, marinated overnight with yogurt and spices. Cooked hot and fast for a charred outside and a juicy centre.

Chicken Wings

Marinated overnight with our own spice rub. Crispy skin and smokey flavour.

Catch




Whole Butterflied Fish

Cooked skin side down, for a delicious crispy skin. This can be done with most fish, but a high fat content such as salmon works best to keep it juicy.

Monkfish Fillets

Brushed with citrus and soy as they grill.

Lobster with Chilli & Garlic Butter

The lobsters are halved and we pre crack the claws to make things easier for guests. Napkins required!

Giant Pan of King Prawns

A stupendous amount of quality olive oil, fresh garlic, chillies, lemon and parsley. We peel the prawns to make it easier for guests, but leave the head on, to give the oil an amazing flavour. Perfect for bread dipping.

House Sausage

We make all of our own sausage meat, which is then cased for us by our local butcher. Here are some examples, we can also make a custom recipe for your event! Our sausages are hung over the coals to cook slowly and evenly, retaining all the juices and giving a perfect snap.

Pork with toasted black pepper and spices. A classic.

Inspired by merguez sausages, filled with beef brisket, flame grilled chillies, and spices.

Turkey and Bacon

Turkey meat with smoked bacon bits, goose dripping, herbs and seasoning.

Such as pheasant, with a hint of blackberries and British herbs.

Cheesewurst (Käsekrainer)

Pork with a blend of smokey spices , with chunks of Emmental cheese melted inside.

Wild roasted British mushrooms, charred onion, plant based mince, loaded with seasonal herbs.

Vegetable Paella

Perfect rice, perfect socarrat (that deliciously crispy, caramelised layer of rice at the bottom) with vegetables of your choosing.

Charred Grilled Vegetables

Flame cooked vegetables such as broccoli, peppers, aubergines. Seasoned and brushed lightly with garlic oil.

Blackened Leeks

Cooked directly on the coals, the outer layer is then peeled away. Served with browed butter and capers.
