A selection of canapés from past events.






Oysters on Ice

Classic Mignonette sauce with shallots and red wine vinegar, or a thai inspired spicy sauce with soy, fish sauce and green chillies. Served with sourdough bread and salted normandy butter.



Mini Prawn Cocktail

Cold water prawns, shredded lettuce. Homemade Marie Rose sauce.



Smoked Fish Bites

Either Scottish salmon or good old Arbroath smokies (smoked haddock) with cream cheese on a sourdough crisp.



Hash Brown with Caviar

No explanation required.



Finger Sandwiches

Loaded with fresh crab and house made lemon mayonnaise.



Ceviche Spoon

Tusk fish, tomato, avocado, onion, coriander, pickled ginger and olive oil. Cured in lime juice.







Lamb Lollipops

Lamb loin on the bone served pink, with a house made mint dipping sauce.



Mini Yorkshire Pudding

Filled with wafer thin rare roast beef, horseradish and gravy.



Pork Belly Bites

Slow cooked pork belly with our house rub. Finished on the grill and served with our house bbq sauce for dipping.



Selection of Skewers

A selection of small skewers, such as lamb neck, chicken thigh, paneer & pepper, or garlic mushroom, marinated in Indian Massala. Cooked on our custom-build konro grills, in front of the guests.







Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños

Smokey, spicy, cheesy. Cooked over fire.



BBQ Spiced Nuts

Mixed with our blend of spices and then toasted over the coals.



Pigs in Blankets with Hot Honey

Sweet and spicy. A British classic with a twist.
