Lions Mane Mushroom Steak
Cooked with garlic, herbs and cold pressed rapeseed oil or butter.

Wild roasted British mushrooms, charred onion, plant based mince, loaded with seasonal herbs.
Charred Roasted Cabbage
Fire Roasted cabbage with garlic and olive oil. Served on either a base of whipped burrata and vegetarian pesto (VEG), or a miso and tahini cream (VG).
Cauliflower Steak
Gently steamed, and finished on the grill. Served on a bed of fava bean purée.
Smokey Bean & Legume Cassoulet
A slow-cooked blend of charred vegetables, beans, legumes and spices. Cooked over firewood.
